The 8-inch winder FRP Membrane Housing can hold up to 8 RO Membranes, and the maximum pressure can reach 2000PSI. Designed for humid operating environments, specialized disassembly methods and tools are provided for ease of maintenance.
Installation & Disassembly Steps:
1. Fully release pressure in the membrane housing.
2. Use the Allen wrench to unscrew end cap bolts.
3. Loosen the stopper by knocking the bearing plate if tight.
4. Fix the ejection screw to the end cap permeate port.
5. Set the ejection plate and secure with the round nut.
6. Rotate the afterburner clockwise until the end cap is out of the sealing area.
