| Door leaf | 1.0mm 304 stainless steel or galvanized steel sheet materials with high-quality powder coating finish. Inside is filled with high-density paper honeycomb or Aluminium honeycomb. |

| Vision window | Special clean room glass. Made from double layer tempered glass, surface is on the same plane with door leaf to avoid dust retention and realize easy cleaning. |

| Seal structure | 3mm EPDM seal rubber is installed all-round the edge of the door frame. Automatic seal rubber is installed at the bottom of the door leaf, closing the gap with ground when closed. |

Operation & Control Options
1. Surface Treatment: Electrostatic resin powder coating (RAL Colors available) with a thickness of no less than 70um. Resistant to general disinfection.
2. Sealing System: Food-grade silicone rubber seals. Automatic bottom strip closes the gap between the door leaf and ground upon closing.
3. Vision Panel: Double-layer hollow tempered glass flush with the door leaf surface. Anti-fog and easy to clean.
