What is a Cleanroom?
A cleanroom is a specially designed environment engineered to exclude airborne particles, bacteria, and harmful pollutants. It maintains precise control over indoor temperature, cleanliness, pressure, air velocity, air distribution, noise, vibration, and lighting. Regardless of external environmental fluctuations, the interior maintains its set requirements for optimal performance.
The primary function of a cleanroom is to regulate the atmosphere where sensitive products (such as silicon or pharmaceuticals) are manufactured. By international standards, purification levels are determined by the concentration and diameter of particles per cubic meter. In high-precision manufacturing, even microscopic dust particles can negatively impact product integrity, making a controlled dust-free environment an absolute necessity.
What range of products do you manufacture?
We specialize in complete cleanroom projects, air showers, FFU (Fan Filter Units), pass boxes, dispensing booths, laminar air flow hoods and benches, AHU (Air Handling Units), and hermetic doors & windows.
What is the standard lead time for orders?
For complete cleanroom projects including AHU, the lead time is approximately 35 days. For equipment orders without AHU, the lead time is reduced to 10 days.
What are your warranty terms and after-sales support?
We provide a 2-year warranty from the date of project completion. During this period, we offer free replacements for any problematic components. If issues cannot be resolved remotely, we dispatch engineers to provide on-site solutions at no extra charge.
Can you assist with cleanroom validation and documentation?
Yes, we provide a full suite of validation documents including DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ, as well as FAT & SAT reports. We also provide operation manuals, maintenance guidance, and a complete set of cleanroom technical drawings.
What is your technical experience in this industry?
We have a specialized technical team of 12 senior cleanroom & HVAC engineers. To date, we have successfully completed over 2,100 cleanroom projects for clients globally, across countries such as the USA, Russia, Switzerland, Australia, and many others.
Are the cleanrooms customizable?
Yes, we offer fully customized sizes and modular designs to meet specific industrial requirements, utilizing high-quality materials like SUS304 stainless steel or galvanized sheets.
